We try our best to make our flat rates for process serving as competitive and economical as possible. Included in the price for each service is a visit to both the workplace and registered residence of the individual, granted that both addresses are in the same city & have been given at the time of request. All flat rates include multiple attempts (3) at each address.

Hamilton Toronto Process Servers Inc. charges a FLAT RATE, as indicated above, for each process service. However, each ADDITIONAL process service is $30.00 (for the same address at the same time, regardless of which city it is to be served in). Apart from this, the only other charges are for substitutional mailing ($3.00), mail couriers (variable), notarization ($50.00), and locate charges, if successful ($50.00). The flat rate 407 ETR Toll Charge is $6.00.
